Roblox crashing because of incompatible software, what does this mean?

Here is the error message: Roblox crashed because of incompatible software: \Device\HarddiskVolume7\Program Files (x86)\Trusteer\Rapport\bin\x64\rooksbas_x64.dllAny idea what this means? My game works for 45 seconds each time before crashing. Is it a graphics card issue?
