vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi missing. Already unistalled all redistributors (from 2008-2015/2022) and unable to reinstall

I’ve been stuck with this error message anytime I open a game, I’ve already uninstalled the programs but it stops me reinstalling since there’s missing Vc_runtimeMinium_x86.msi. I’m honestly at a loss at this point, “Cache 73F 77E4E-5A17-465-A5FC-8A061047725F)v14.36.32532 \packages \vc RuntimeMinimum_*86\vc_untime/Minimum_x86.msicannot be found.
