Querky popups

I am running MS 365 Windows 11 on a desktop. Everything is up to date. I get these random popups as if I right clicked the mouse, which I did not, and it is very frustrating. I am using an Insignia BT mouse and have tried to reduce all the sensitivity settings, yet I am still getting the random popups at inopportune times. Is this happening to anyone else? Thank you.PS I had a few random popups just posting this. :-(
