I cannot connect to the Internet.

Welcome. I have a Dell Latitude 5520 laptop with Windows 11 Prof operating system. The laptop is equipped with WWAN module model Fibocom Intel 7360 LTE-A. I have a SIM card for Internet access from Vodafone. The problem is that I cannot connect to the Internet. The Vodafone logo appears but it tells me that it is not in service. What is wrong here? I mention that the sim card is functional. Installed on my mobile phone I can connect to the internet. Thank you.
