My Mouse stopped working after Latest Windows 10 Update

My laptop is running Windows 10 and yesterday I installed the latest updates. Today when I started my laptop, I found that my mouse was no longer working. The USB ports are fine since I tried inserting different thumb drives. I also changed my mouse to see if there was something with the old one but my wireless mouse is still not working. What could be the reason behind my mouse suddenly not working?
