How do I fix my bluetooth issue?

I have tried searching the web for issue fixes and have found several solutions to the problem and tried them all, but I can't seem to get anything to connect to my computer. With everything I've tried, I continue to get the same issue "checked bluetooth radio status fixed" and the issue still is not fixed. I've reinstalled drivers for the bluetooth and even set the computer to boot without using fast start-up. If there is anything else I can try to fix this, I would appreciate the help.
