Keyboard bug , 1 key input , 2 outputs

Hello , I recently discovered that my keyboard on my laptop has problem. Specifically , certain keys that I press , have 2 outputs , for example: The "L" key outputs the letter L but also the ENTER action.The "9" key (not on the num pad) outputs the number 9 but also the down arrow key. The "O" key outputs the letter O and the up arrow.And more like these. Adding , the opposite happens aswell , if i press "Enter" the letter L will show too , the up arrow shows the letter O too.So far I have tried. Shutting down the laptop.Restarting the laptop.Went on "Device manager" and tried updating the dr
