Task Host window on shutdown since recent update

From the recent update I expericed that windows get long time to shutdown and show closing app and shutdown,I reinstall windows and after the updates problem occures again,I upgraded to windows 11 and there is no eny issued like that,That is clearly a windows 10 update bug,Please fix this
