I would like to make a Blob Storage Container available as a mounted folder in file explorer from Windows Server. How to make it?

I have a scenario where I want to migrate some data from Blob Storage to another place, by using a tool from my company, however this tool is hosted in a Windows Server and it needs to see the files as a mounted folder to make this copying process. Find below my blob storage:Considering Blob and Windows Server are both owned by Microsoft, which ways should I do or go to allow Windows to see it?Thank you!
