I try to do a in-place upgrade because of my broken windows (BSOD, Windows store won't boot, Windows security won't boot,..).A good way to do that while keeping my files was the ''in place upgrade'', unfortunately he crashed and get the error ''oxc1900101 - 0x30018 The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_ SPECIALIZE operation''.I tried a lot of stuff, i mean a LOT but still the same. My question now is, can i reinstall windows with a bootable flashdrive ? Do i'll get the same error ? try to reset will also have the same ending ? For me the only thing to do
