Notifications on desktop such as WhatsApp and Discord do not display the sender's profile photo

Previously on my old laptop, when there was a notification it would show the sender's profile photo. I just changed my laptop but the notification doesn't show the sender's profile photo and it looks like a bug, how do I fix this?
