How to edit action center

The edit icon on the action center is missing and right click doesn't seem to do the trick either. I recently updated my Windows 11 version to 24H2 and have been looking for a solution to this problem on the internet. However, all I can find are outdated solutions from over a year ago for the previous Windows version, none of which fix it for me. If you guys have any idea how to fix it, that would be great.
