Internet exporer 7 on windows 2003 SP2 - www.. currently anavailab

Suddenly on my windows 2003 SP2 termianl server, no on can browse internet
and I have a message that say :

title : Address bar
content : 'http://www.xxxx.com' is currently anavailable


The security enhanced settings are not installed and all was working well
during weeks .... no changes was made.

I have made some windows update and reboot with no changes....
Using a new user profiles do not sovle the problem.

And using firefox,internet browsing work well....

Help needed,

Does IE work if you logon to the console? Can you double check the "Tools ->
Internet options -> connections" in IE and see if everything is set
correctly?
