My pc bugs when i play a game

So, whenever I play game (terraria for example) it starts off ok, nothing strange just the standard experience, but after about 1 hour my mouse starts disconnecting and reconnecting, then, after it does that a few times, it reconnects and i cant move it, my headphones sound really bad but I can use my keyboard, its not a USB issue I tried swapping between ports and nothing changed, any ideas?
