Workgroup & Groups

I have tried everything you say to but I still (CAN NOT) get Workgroup out of my Home Computer (CAN NOT get my Administrator & UAC Rights back I never joined a workgroup but it is controlling my rights to use all my domains how to get them out without doing a pc clean??
