so I'm completely stumped. I've gotten a bluetooth dongle to use my galaxy buds on my desktop, and while it shows up both under output and input in the sound settings (headphones and headset respectively), and says "connected voice, music" under the bt tab, I haven't been able to figure out why the pc doesn't pick up the microphone at all. they work just fine both on my laptop and my phone. I've checked through device manager if there were any needed updates, installed the latest intel bluetooth driver, restarted, disconnected, reconnected, ran the troubleshooter (didn't find anything), and I
