Content Library Doesn't Exist on Clipchamp

I want to add an audio visualizer to my video, however the only instructions I can find for doing so state to first go to the content library tab.I don't have that tab. I have a tab for "music & SFX", "stock images", and "graphics", none of which lead me to this content library or the overlays I am supposed to be looking for.I thought maybe I needed to update the application, but I can't even find a way to do that. I am using the desktop version. Can anyone tell me how to get this content library so I can add an audio visualizer?
