I have faithfully provided all the information I can and I am confident that it is correct - especially the email details. I am submitting my data from my laptop from my normal location. I do not know what else I can do to recover access to my Microsoft account. The system has twice rejected my applications without explaining what I have done wrong. Is there anything I can do to increase my chance of success? Better still, is there a help-line or alternative route I can pursue?
