Kernel 41 error BSOD

I have an Acer Nitro 5 with i7 12th gen processor, 16gb ram and rtx 4050 graphics card. I have been facing the BSOD with the error code "Driver IRQL not less or equal" and after checking the event viewer I can see the critical error Kernel 41 (63).
