No WiFi options

I have an old Linx tablet, I've not switched it on in a long time (probably 18 months plus) but I've switched it on today, it works.. but it must need a big update. There's no WiFi options and the troubleshoot isn't working, I'm currently resetting it but wondered if anyone can give me any help with it. Thanks in advance!
