I tried to reset my computer over night and I plugged it up on the charger and the next morning when I tried to turn it on it begins to boot up with a black screen(brightened) and then it stops(not brightened black screen) but the computer is still on and just repeats this cycle. I tried to do system recovery with F11 and it gave me the error code 0xc0000098. I went to the diagnostics with F2 and it told me that it couldn’t do anything since my current version is not up to date (Version 7.0.1.0), and I am unable to even see the logo pop up when it boots or the troubleshoot screen.
