Recently, the Photos app doesn't seem to fully close. When I close the app after looking at a photo, it goes from "Apps" to "Background Processes" The main issue is it appears to stack for each photo I look at. For example I've seen "Photos (96)" for example. The only process listed is "Photos" listed over and over when I expand the name. The app itself isn't open, not minimized or anything. Should this be happening? I'm not sure if its connected to the issue that caused me to notice this: Explorer acting strangely. Things not appearing correctly but program - Microsoft Community
