Confused!

After reading this today I looked inside my "Microsoft Store" (after uninstalling the PC Manager) but still no PC Manager! "Microsoft's PC Manager app is now available for all users on Windows 10, version 19042.0 or higher, after two years of being in Public Beta and only available in select regions".3 Web sites say the same so a little confused!I have been using it by changing the region to USA. Any info would be much appreciated.Looks like I will have to change the region again before putting it back!Brian Windows 10 22H2 UK
