Win10 - No standard app for open ms-gameoverlay-link

We made a C#.net application. Always, when it opens a popup with dialog.ShowDialog(), a message "no standard app for open ms-gameoverlay-link is comming. I tried already to find the settings of xbox as descripted in other threads, but I don't have them. I found also a description, how to modify the registry with GameDVR_Enabled = 0 but this help neighter.
