Why are there no review options?

I have called multiple times regarding the purchase and non-receipt of a Microsoft surface Pro and Flex Keyboard with pen. Together these devices cost approximately $2,000 USD. I have not received an update on the shipping status from FEDEX on either order since 21 OCT 24. I have called multiple times (from an overseas location) to get a status update on my order to no avail. I spend over 2.5 hours on hold between two calls. The first representative hung up and the other provided a service request number of 7056601195 after 45 minutes on hold. I have requested my money back, to no avail. This
