Phone link for iPhone says message sent but message wasn't sent - Windows 10

1. message opened from notification is NOT showing in message list pane.2. message sent from Phone Link says sent but NOT shown on my iphone and NOT received by recipient.Everything is up to date.I don't want to change to Windows 11. This app is supposed to work on Windows 10.
