Windows 10 is stuck in a repair loop because it says I'm not signed in as administrator

My computer says it started up incorrectly. I can get to the repair screen but it won't let me try anything because it says I need to be an administrator and my computer doesn't have an administrator. It doesn't give me the option to login. I'm technology challenged. I need the easiest simplest way to resolve this on my own please. Or do I need a computer repair professional? Thanks, Robin
