Newly built Pc can’t connect to the internet/wifi. I also forgot my local account password so I can’t login in my pc

The motherboard I’m using is GIGABYTE X670E AORUS PRO X AM5 with Wifi 7. what Im thinking the issue is, is I need to install new WiFi drivers from gigabyte, but while looking at the different drivers I didn’t know which one to install. Also I can’t even login to my pc because I’m using a local password that I forgot because I haven’t used my pc for over a year till I recently fixed it but I forgot the password. So the first thing I need to help with is logging into my pc. Please help.
