Hello, my pc had password on login screen, but now all of a suddon its asking for a pin to enter, when I put previous password it shows incorrect, the forget pin button is not working, ( its showing just a moment and then redirects to the same page ), i have even tried accessing cmd using shift + restart, but the option of cmd or factory data reset is missing in the troubleshoot option, so pl help me
