I am trying to reformat an external HDD after having used it as installation media.When I first got the popup asking me what I would like to do with it, I accidentally selected the first option. The popup will not appear at all now and I cannot view files.The device does not show up in file explorer, it does not show up in disk management. It DOES show up in devices and printers.It has no letter associated with it, setting autoplay settings to "open in file explorer" did not work.I need to create a partition on this disk so I can use it for storage again.
