I just factory reset my PC. It boots up, displays my username, but when I enter my password I get the message "User Profile service failed the sign in" No problem, I did some googling on my phone and found that I have to enter safe mode and add a new user account through command prompt. This is where my issue is. I use a bluetooth keyboard, which does not allow me to select the safemode option in BIOS. I feel that I've hit a wall and won't have access to my PC until I get another keyboard. I'm really hoping this isn't the case, it seems like a huge oversight considering the amount of wirele
