netio.sys driver_irql_not_less_or_equal BSOD

Hello,I have a new DELL Precision laptop that I keep getting a BSOD caused by netio.sys driver_irql_not_less_or_equal. I have ran all of the hardware scans I've found in other threads and updated by network drivers. Any ideas on where to go next to determine the cause?
