Windows refuses to update.

[IReallyWantWindowsToWork]

Whenever I try and update windows it spends like 30 minutes 'downloading' the update, but when its done it goes back to saying that "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes." and states the same update that it just told me it downloaded.
