Why is my computer doing this?

My computer which is a CHUWI GemiBook XPro Overheated and shut off on me, at the moment writing this, it has been 18 days and it still has not turned on it just blinks, I’ve attempted cleaning the fans which did not work. I then decided to disconnect the battery. Which now has caused my charging light to start blinking as well. Currently I have no idea what I could do.
