Hello, I got a BRAND NEW laptop, meaning there wont be any viruses that could have caused the issue. Ever since I first got it, every time I try to log in it says that there was an issue setting up my pin and need to reset it. I did that, and made a new pin. It worked, then I come back the next day and get the same error. I found restarting it works, but sometimes it takes several restarts. I've gone around and people have had similar issues, but different problems. My issue is I wont always have internet for months at a time so I wont beable to always set my pin if required, so if the restart
