Hi everyone hope you all are fine. I am having a problem in my windows 10 laptop it is not updating to the latest version

Some times when I open settings to see the update it is just loading forever and also one update is failing soooo much and this new update is showing some kind of metered connection problem and now in the morning it is only loading constantly. PLZ HELP
