I have a PC that was used by an ex-employee. I don't have her PIN and the PIN reset only goes to her personal email.

I have emailed her to pass the requested coded on but haven't heard back from her and probably won't. Problem then is cannot get past the enter PIN screen. Have tried to reset PC from Troubleshooting page but it always returns to this annoying PIN required screen. Have even tried re-installling windows from a USB, but it then says undoing changes and it goes to the PIN required login screen. It seems a crime that you can be locked out of your own property and Microsoft are the only ones with a key! How do I clean this PC so I can use it again please?
