Cleaning PC and moving Windows 10

How would I go about wiping my PC and moving windows 10 to a different drive. It is currently on an old HDD and runs super slow. I want to move it to a SSD. I am willing to clear the whole PC. I have the original Windows 10 usb key. I also would like to get rid of that old hdd completely.
