BSOD caused by ntoskrnl.exe.

Before this it didn't really happen often but today and yesterday it started happening more, sometimes when I'm playing a game or launched a game or maybe not at all. CPU motherboard and RAM are only a few months old. I ran HDtune on the SSD boot drive and it found no error.minidump files: minidump https://1drv.ms/f/c/eb6e6b8927d6c46d/ElQK_M5ctEtMhcmTss7LWBMBFJ4dIJAaby4KXrAMqO1MkAI used BlueScreenView v1.55 to view it and it marked ntoskrnl.exe and that's a kernel that manages memory? Is there something else that can be learnt from the minidump? Also I've been having a trouble updating Windows
