Do I have to reinstall everything?

So I had to reinstall Windows cause after changing Motherboard it just let me boot into bios. After that I got Back to windows once and then it just kicked me out and the only solution I found was to reinstall Windows. That means I have now 2 Drives with Windows on. My question now ist if I can restore my settings ,background and data or whatever to what it was before.
