Why does WSUS not recognize Win 11 23H2 computers as ready for 24H2 upgrade

Small Win Server 2022 network with Dell computers - all purchased with Win 11 Pro installed, currently all 23H2WSUS recognizes 3 computers as ready for the 24H2 upgrade but not other identically configured computersAll computers are reporting to WSUS and receiving other patches via WSUS***Move from Windows / Windows 11 / Install and upgrade***
