Windows 11 advanced recovery options missing how I do I get them back?

My pc is having the error code “0xc000000f” I can get the system into safe mode but there is no advanced options in WinRE I click on Troubleshooting and there’s no advanced option to “recover” the pc only options for booting it how do I get these options to appear? I’ve tried command prompts and none of those seamed todo anything and I don’t have a usb installation stick to try redownloading windows 11
