System 32 shows up after booting for about 10 seconds and then shows a black screen with a mouse icon

Someone please help I boot my pc and it shows system 32 for about 10 seconds (I can't type into it) and then shows a black screen with my mouse on it, I've tried refreshing the graphics with ctrl+shift+windows+b and I've tried going into my task manager which wont open, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do someone please help.
