System guard secure launch

Hello, I enabled vbs in group policy. But in Defender it says system guard is off. In the registry editor Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard\Scenarios\SystemGuard there is a key enabled set to 1.Does it mean the feature is on and defender is reporting wrongly or is it off?Is intel txt required for secure launch if so how can I check if it is enabled from within windows?
