Can only shrink a partition's memory from a 3rd party software, but can't do it from Windows Disk Management after Dualbooting with Ubuntu

I installed Ubuntu as dualboot on a Laptop running Windows 11 24H2, after a while of using it, when I wanted to divide some memory from partition C to D, it reported a rather annoying error, even the SD card also reported corrupted.Every time like that I have to use a 3rd party software to partition, but after partitioning it jumps up a BSOD saying REGISTRY_ERROR (Even though it was successfully partitioned and there was no error)How do I fix that?
