I followed your instruction but now my CTRL, Fn, Win and Alt Keys are not working

Hi. I am also experiencing the same issue with this question:Redirecting The PROBLEM is, When I followed the method 2 the Notepad instruction, my CTRL, Fn, Win, and Alt keys are now NOT WORKING because of it. How can I make it work back?
