How to fix mouse moving in times it shouldn't?

My laptop has this problem where in some games where the mouse should be locked (like Minecraft or Roblox) the mouse will move when it's supposed to be locked. I've tried going into device manager to unenable and renable LUA which worked for about an hour, along with deleting my mouse driver, changing it's settings, and even trying different mouses. My laptop has a trackpad that's also effected by this. Please someone get back to me on how I can permanently fix this problem, thank you.
