Windows Update wont offer KB5042320

I have tried all of the solutions I can find but I cant get windows update to offer me KB5042320.It is Windows 10 Pro 22H2 x64.Windows Update claims to be fully up to date.There are two recovery partitions, both appear to be big enough.WinREVersion in the registry is 10.0.19041.1How can I get this sorted?
