Is it possible to allocated memory usage for taskhostw.exe?

Hello, i use Windows Server 2019 standard for DCS (Distributed Control System) and MSSQL. For the first startup or after restart the system is seem normal for ram usage. but after long time (several months for example) the usage RAM consumption's taskhostw is growing up. Is it possible to make limit usage or make allocate RAM usage for taskhostw?Thanks***Move from Windows / Other/Unknown / Performance and system failures***
