I'm having a weird issue in Windows. My download speeds are fine (1500-2100MBps) but uploading I am seeing only 12MBps or less. I tried everything I found online and nothing helped EXCEPT I tried changing the auto-negotiation from Auto to 2.5GBps and this seems to fix the issue. However, I want to use my full 10GBps on my NIC. 10/5GBps negotiation kills the upload for some reason and I cannot figure out why. I have an ASUS W790 SAGE motherboard with 2x Intel X710 NICs hooked up to my Linksys LS328C ethernet switch using two different SFP+ to RJ45 adapters. I've always had 2.5GBps adapters in m
